Chemotherapy Treatment

In honour of Ninon Bourque

Chemotherapy is available to inpatients and outpatients at The Ottawa Hospital. Your oncologist will explain the best option for you. Depending on the type, frequency and duration of treatment, you may be hospitalized to receive it. In this case, you must bring to the hospital the list of medications you are taking and your toiletries.

Outpatients can receive chemotherapy at the Ottawa Hospital Cancer Center, the Irving Greenberg Family Cancer Center at the Queensway Carleton Hospital or at a satellite clinic in Renfrew, Hawkesbury or Winchester.
